| 选仓库后点「查库存」 | ||||||||
填好「调出数量」后点「生成调拨单」→ 草稿不动库存 → 到单据列表点「发货」（扣调出仓）→ 货到了点「确认收货」（入调入仓）。
Fill quantities → Create Transfer (draft) → Ship (deduct from source) → Receive (into target).
样品仓：本店仓 → 样品仓 = 上样；样品仓 → 本店仓 = 转销售（样品不算可售库存，开单不会占用）。 Sample warehouse: store → sample = display stock; sample → store = back for sale (samples never count as sellable).

已安装商品因质量问题退货的，退回后不能二次销售——验收入库后在这里销毁出库；锁定量是客户订单预留，不能销毁。

建单时把该仓当前账面数量拍成快照 → 逐行填「实盘」→ 确认时按「实盘 − 实时库存」调整库存（盘盈按型号均价入成本、盘亏按 FIFO 出账）。
Creating a count snapshots the book quantities → enter counted quantities → confirming adjusts stock by "counted − live" (gains at average cost, shortages FIFO).
同一仓库同时只能有一张进行中的盘点单；确认后差异即入账，不能作废，需再盘一次纠正。
Only one open count per warehouse; once confirmed the differences are posted and cannot be voided — run another count to correct.
